Another photo post!
My roommates and I did some exploring around Florida and it was lovely. We went to New Smyrna Beach on the east coast for our beach day. The town there is a really cute little beach town with a lot of artsy shops and places to eat.

I love the way the colors of the water changed throughout the day, from afternoon... |

Erin and I also explored Blue Spring State Park, which is an excellent place to go to see manatees. Manatees can't survive in waters that are too cold, so they come in to natural springs (which stay the same temperature year-round) in the colder months to survive. We were there a bit too early in the season to see them, but it was still a beautiful place to visit.

Bonus photo! We stopped at Dandelion Communitea Cafe for dinner on the way home from Blue Spring, and they had vegan peanut butter doughnuts. And it was delicious. |
More to come soon!
